Duties & Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and technical specifications to develop software solutions.
Participate in design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance activities.
Develop and enhance application functionality using .NET and/or Java technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and customer-reported issues.
Collaborate with Product Management, QA, Support, and Development teams.
Follow coding standards, best practices, and participate in code reviews.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Learn and contribute to applications built using PICK/MultiValue and Universe Database technologies.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
3 to 5 years of software development experience.
Robust programming skills in C#/.NET and/or Java.




Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
Experience with debugging, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar source control tools.
Understanding of database concepts and software development best practices.
Experience working in an Agile development workplace.
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP, Distribution, Supply Chain, Inventory, or other enterprise applications.
Knowledge of REST APIs and application integrations.
Exposure to PICK/MultiValue programming and/or Universe Database.
Experience with modern application architectures and cloud technologies.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions in a team-oriented environment.
