Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients.
Identify opportunities to strengthen client engagement.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through skilled communication.
Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Relationship Management, Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
