Job Title: English Teacher

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionateEnglish Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for developing students’ reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills while creating an engaging and supportive learning setting.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver English lessons in alignment with the curriculum.
Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and basic literature.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
Monitor and evaluate student progress through tests, activities, and projects.
Encourage students to develop confidence in speaking and writing in English.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning setting.
Provide feedback to students and communicate progress with parents when required.
Participate in school meetings, academic planning, and school events.
Use creative teaching methods and digital tools to improve learning outcomes.





Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in English / Literature or related field.
B.Ed. qualification preferred.
1–3 years of teaching experience working with middle grade students is an advantage.

Skills
Strong English language and grammar knowledge.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Creative teaching and lesson planning abilities.

Job Type: Permanent Pay: From â‚ą17,000.00 per month

Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
Making lesson plans: 1 year (Preferred)
