We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Program Manager to lead and coordinate agriculture-related projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and ensuring the successful execution of project activities while coordinating with government departments, stakeholders, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor agriculture development projects.
Coordinate with Central/State Government departments and other stakeholders.
Lead and supervise project teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
Prepare project plans, reports, presentations, and progress updates.
Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
Manage budgets, resources, and project documentation.
Conduct field visits and review project implementation.
Build robust relationships with government officials, NGOs, and other partner organizations.
Ensure timely achievement of project deliverables and targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
MBA or
B.Sc. in Agriculture or Allied Science
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience with:
Central/State Government Ministries or Departments
Non-Profit Organizations (NGOs)
Corporate Organizations
Experience in the Agriculture sector will be preferred.
Required Skills
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Project planning and execution skills.
Report writing and documentation.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel for field visits when required.
Preferred Candidate
Solid understanding of agriculture and rural development projects.
Experience working with government-funded programs.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
