Key Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements and translate them into QAD ERP solutions.
Configure and support QAD ERP modules such as:
Manufacturing
Supply Chain Management
Inventory Management
Procurement/Purchasing
Sales and Distribution
Finance (optional based on role)
Develop and customize QAD applications using:
Progress 4GL / OpenEdge ABL
QXtend
EDI Integrations
API/Web Services
Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
Create technical and functional documentation.
Collaborate with business users, project teams, and stakeholders.
Participate in ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
Train end users and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills - years of hands-on experience in QAD ERP.
Solid knowledge of QAD Enterprise Applications.
Experience with Progress 4GL/OpenEdge ABL development.
Knowledge of QAD EE (Enterprise Edition).
Experience with QXtend, EDI, and integration tools.
Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
SQL database querying and reporting skills.
Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
