Key Responsibilities

Estimation
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs for interior fit-out and construction projects.
Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and cost sheets.
Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
Analyze project drawings and identify scope gaps or cost-saving opportunities.
Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions.

Quality Control
Review material specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Conduct quality inspections of materials and workmanship at site.
Monitor execution quality against approved drawings and standards.
Maintain quality inspection reports and checklists.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, vendors, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure corrective actions are implemented and documented.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain estimation records, project cost databases, and quality reports.
Track material consumption and cost variations.




Prepare periodic reports on project quality and budget performance.
Support project close-out documentation.

Required Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Interior Design and Product designing or related field.
2–5 years of experience in estimation, quantity surveying, or quality control.
Knowledge of interior fit-out, furniture and finishing works.
Ability to read interior and furniture drawings
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.

Skills Required
Solid analytical and numerical skills.

Knowledge of construction materials and quality standards.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience
Experience in turnkey interior projects.
Familiarity with BOQ preparation, vendor management, and site quality inspections.
Knowledge of project costing and procurement processes.
