Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and offer acceptance.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.




Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.
