Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Telugu lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
Teach reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation using creative teaching methods.
Develop students' communication skills through storytelling, songs, poems, role-plays, and classroom activities.
Assess student progress through classwork, assignments, projects, and examinations.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and academic progress.
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom setting.
Use teaching aids, educational technology, and interactive learning resources to enhance student engagement.
Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide appropriate guidance.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.
Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, school events, and career development programs.




Ensure classroom discipline and follow school policies and child safety guidelines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Telugu, Education, or a related field.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred or as required by the school's regulations.
Proficiency in spoken and written Telugu.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Prior teaching experience in primary education is preferred.
