Conduct market research to identify learner needs, industry trends, and recent course prospects.
Design course structure, curriculum, pricing, duration, and learning outcomes.
Coordinate with faculty, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and HR for content creation and course development.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless learner journey and engaging course experience.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on product positioning, course launches, webinars, and sales enablement.
Monitor course performance, gather learner feedback, and continuously improve content and delivery.
Manage project timelines, quality, costs, and stakeholder coordination.
Maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and leverage AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Eligibility
Minimum 5 years of work experience.
Robust experience in Program Management, Product Management, Learning & Development, Content Strategy, or EdTech.
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning products is preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
