Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Credit Rating in the Banking /Finance Industry. Immediate / Early Joiners would be preferred.
Primary Responsibility The Rating Analyst would conduct end-to-end rating involving the following primary responsibilities:
Credit analysis of financial instruments in the BFSI sector for banks, NBFCs, MFIs, and Structured Finance Products
Financial analysis and the ability to make financial projections of the financial instruments.
Analytical rigor in the presentations to the rating committees
Please maintain excellent quality in the analysis and stay up to date on market/industry information, and take suitable, need-based rating actions.
Interact with company management, auditors, bankers, and other lenders, and visit companies and factories as part of regular monitoring and data collection.
To take ownership of the folio by conducting regular surveillance, monitoring, and reviews on a quarterly and material-event basis, tracking the performance of the companies in relation to macroeconomic changes,
and handling internal and external audit queries.
Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures, regulations & policies.
Adept in meeting tight deadlines with no compromise on analytical quality
Mentor and guide junior rating analysts
Client interaction and managing valuable relations.
Competency / Skills
Analytical expertise in the Banks / NBFCs / MFIs / Structured Finance Products segment, including financial modeling, ratio analysis, and industry knowledge.
Updated with the latest regulatory guidelines and circulars, especially in Structured Finance Products.
Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency: Solid domain knowledge in credit assessment in the BFSI sector - Banks, NBFCs, MFIs, and Structured Finance products
Solid analytical, quantitative, and presentation skills to present the facts along with rating recommendations to the rating committees.
