About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Manager to own the commercialization of our STEM education products. The role involves product costing, proposal development, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure products are market-ready and successfully launched.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Develop product costing, pricing sheets, and commercial documentation.
Analyze material, manufacturing, packaging, logistics, installation, and other product costs.
Maintain product price lists and profitability.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical solution documents for schools, NGOs, CSR projects, and Government tenders.
Coordinate with R&D;, Procurement, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Content teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Develop and maintain product specifications, manuals, assembly guides, and version-controlled documentation.
Coordinate product brochures, presentations,



photography, videos, and launch materials.
Ensure every product is commercially, technically, and operationally ready before market launch.

Required Skills
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience in BOM preparation, product costing, and pricing.
Understanding of manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain processes.
Excellent documentation, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
Robust analytical, organizational, and project coordination abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar productivity tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
