Quality Control (QC) Head – Building Materials, or Raw Material

About the Company

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) Head to lead and strengthen the quality function at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality control within the Cement, AAC Blocks, ALC Panels, Concrete, Ready Mix Concrete (RMC), Building Materials, or Raw Material Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with established quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional inspections.
Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Perform root cause analysis for defects and process deviations.
Monitor production quality and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality systems.
Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and audit records.
Coordinate internal and external quality audits.
Manage calibration and maintenance of testing and measuring equipment.
Train production and quality teams on quality standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, Production, or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in Cement, AAC Blocks, ALC Panels, Concrete, Building Materials, Sand, or Raw Material Manufacturing is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of:
ISO 9001
Quality Assurance & Quality Control
SPC (Statistical Process Control)
CAPA
Root Cause Analysis
Quality Audits
Calibration of Measuring Instruments
Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills
