Maintain solid working relationships with our vendors
Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs based on monthly, quarterly and annual numbers
Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors when it is beneficial to the company
Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
dispatch arrangement with courier or relevant transport to customers as per sales dept instructions
to assist in production
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Placing and tracking orders.
Keep accurate records of purchases made
Issue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors and manufacturers
Excel, Emailing , online purchases and payments knowledge is compulsory
Tally knowledge preferable

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
