Key Responsibilities
Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, blast, or degrease metal substrates and mask off areas that require no coating.
Equipment Operation: Set up and operate electrostatic powder spray guns, automated lines, and thermal cure ovens.
Quality Control: Inspect finished coats for runs, thin spots, or contamination and measure coating thickness.
Maintenance & Cleanliness: Clean spray booths and change colors carefully to avoid cross-contamination; perform routine tool upkeep.
Safety Compliance: Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow environmental and shop safety rules.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
