Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Product Operations Coordinator to support product management, solution documentation, and technical content development. The ideal candidate should possess solid networking and switching product knowledge, the ability to create professional solution documents and infographics, and collaborate effectively with technical and sales teams to support product positioning and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain product documentation, solution briefs, datasheets, and technical collateral.
Create solution design documents based on customer requirements and product capabilities.
Design qualified infographics, product presentations, brochures, and visual content for technical and marketing purposes.
Produce content in multiple formats for digital platforms, social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials.




Collaborate closely with the technical and sales teams to ensure technical accuracy and consistency across all product-related content.
Support product demonstrations by preparing technical presentations and supporting materials.
Research networking technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings to enhance product positioning.
Maintain a centralized repository of product documentation and marketing assets.
Ensure branding, messaging, and technical information remain accurate and up to date.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
Positive knowledge of networking technologies, switching solutions, LAN/WAN, VLANs, PoE, QoS, and related products.
Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer-friendly documentation.
Experience in creating solution design documents and technical presentations.
Proficiency in infographic and visual content creation using tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
