Conduct research to develop current products, processes, or technologies
Design, prototype, and test concepts to validate performance and feasibility
Analyze experimental data and document results, findings, and improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, marketing, etc.)
Improve existing products through innovation and optimization
Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and presentations
Support product transfer from R&D; to production
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
