Main Duties
Sourcing: Finding people for jobs using job boards, social media, and skilled sites like LinkedIn.
Screening: Reading resumes and talking to people on the phone to see if they fit the job.
Interviewing: Setting up and guiding interviews with managers.
Negotiating: Helping discuss pay and job offers between the company and the worker.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
