Plan recruitment activities based on approved manpower requisitions.
Conduct field recruitment in villages, towns, colleges, ITIs, and other sourcing locations.
Source candidates through employee referrals, consultants, job fairs, employment exchanges, NGOs, and social media.
Screen applicants and conduct preliminary interviews.
Verify candidate documents and eligibility.
Arrange pre-employment medical examinations.
Coordinate joining formalities, ID creation, and induction.
Maintain recruitment records and daily/monthly MIS reports.
Coordinate with Production, Transport, Security, Payroll, and Compliance departments.
Monitor recent joiners and support retention initiatives during the initial employment period.
Pay: ₹10,763.26 - ₹15,000.00 per month
