Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated R&D; Executive to support the development and improvement of home appliance products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product design, testing, validation, and engineering documentation within the consumer durable or home appliance industry.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of recent home appliance products and components.
Conduct product testing, validation, and performance analysis.
Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and technical documentation.
Support prototype development and coordinate trial builds.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams during product development.
Identify product improvement prospects for performance, quality, and cost reduction.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve product-related technical issues.
Ensure compliance with BIS, BEE, and other applicable quality and safety standards.




Coordinate with suppliers for component development and qualification.
Maintain project timelines and support recent product launch activities.

Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration &
Air Conditioning, or Production Engineering.

Experience
3–6 years of experience in R&D; or Product Development within Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, HVAC, or Refrigeration Manufacturing.
