Job Title: R&D; Executive – Refrigeration

Industry: Refrigeration / HVAC / Consumer Electronics / Manufacturing

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting research and development activities for refrigeration products, including product design, testing, validation, performance improvement, and new product development.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of refrigeration systems and components
Support Recent Product Development (NPD) and product improvement projects
Conduct product testing, validation, and performance analysis
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Engineering teams
Analyze product performance and recommend design improvements
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
Support prototype development and product trials
Maintain R&D; records, reports, and technical documentation

Skills Required:
Knowledge of refrigeration cycles,



HVAC systems, and thermodynamics
Understanding of product design and engineering principles
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar)
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems

Qualification & Experience:
BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, or related field
2–5 years of experience in R&D;, Product Development, or Design Engineering

Preferred Experience:
Experience in refrigeration systems, air conditioners, refrigerators, cold storage equipment, or HVAC products
Knowledge of compressors, heat exchangers, refrigerants, testing procedures, and product validation

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
