R&D; Engineer / Chemist
Core Objective: Execute the daily technical workflows of material synthesis, prototyping, and electrochemical analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate experimental cells (Coin/Pouch/Prismatic) and conduct routine electrochemical testing.
Perform post-mortem analysis of cycled cells to determine degradation mechanisms.
Maintain detailed technical documentation of experiments and results in the R&D; database.
Key Required Skills:
Practical laboratory skills in electrode preparation and cell assembly.
Proficiency in using Python, MATLAB, or SQL for experimental data processing.
Robust attention to detail in electrochemical analysis (CV, EIS, GITT).
Recommended Education: M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
