Position: R&D; Executive

Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Electronics / Consumer Durables

Experience: 2–5 Years

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Product Design, or a related field. Master's degree is an added advantage.

Location: As per company requirement

Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and develop current products or improve existing products based on market and customer requirements.
Design, develop, and validate product prototypes and components.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, BOM (Bill of Materials), and product documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams during product development and implementation.
Perform product testing, validation, and failure analysis to ensure product quality and reliability.
Analyze customer feedback and recommend design improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Support cost optimization initiatives through value engineering and design improvements.




Maintain project timelines and provide regular progress updates to management.
Stay updated with new technologies, materials, and industry trends to drive innovation.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in product development within a manufacturing or engineering setting.
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, GD&T;, and ISO quality standards is preferred.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams from concept to production.
Strong technical aptitude with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Experience in prototype development, testing, and product lifecycle management is an advantage.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
