Role Description This is a full time, in office Recruitment Specialist role based in Mumbai.

The Recruitment

Specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews across various business functions.

Specialist will conduct interviews, manage offer processes, and support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of current team members. The role also includes maintaining recruitment databases, tracking key metrics, and contributing to training and talent development initiatives in collaboration with HR.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills,



relevant work experience including experience managing full-cycle recruitment. Preferance for stock broking and wealth management expereince
Candidates should possess effective Interviewing skills, with the ability to assess role fit and potential objectively.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, with the ability to support onboarding and basic employee orientation.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software.
