Role & responsibilities
Lead the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of high-rise building projects within the stipulated timelines and budget.
Manage end-to-end execution of Civil, MEP, Finishing, and External Development works while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Possess hands-on experience in Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) construction.
Plan and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, manpower deployment, and material procurement to achieve project milestones.
Coordinate with CPWD officials, architects and vendors for smooth project execution.
Lead multidisciplinary site teams, including engineers, supervisors, billing engineers, quality engineers.
Review construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents to ensure execution in accordance with approved designs and CPWD standards.
Resolve technical issues at site by providing practical engineering solutions and maintaining smooth coordination between Civil and MEP activities.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).
Minimum 15 years of experience in execution of multistorey building projects.
Mandatory experience in CPWD projects.




Mandatory experience in Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) construction.
Strong exposure to Civil, MEP, Finishing, and project coordination.
Excellent planning, scheduling, execution, and project control capabilities.
Sound knowledge of CPWD specifications, contract management, quality standards, and billing procedures.
Robust leadership, decision-making, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills with the ability to represent the organization during technical discussions.
Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
Ability to work under demanding timelines and deliver projects within schedule.
