About the Role

Impetus Career Consultants is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager – Technical Hiring to lead end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in technical recruitment, client management, team leadership, and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions.
Lead, mentor, and drive a team of technical recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide effective recruitment solutions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
Build solid talent pipelines for niche and emerging technology skills.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and team productivity.




Ensure an excellent candidate experience and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills
Strong experience in IT Recruitment.
Hands-on hiring experience across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, Cyber Security, QA, ERP, and Full Stack Development.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Robust sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and talent mapping.

Qualifications
B.Tech and/or MBA preferred.
7–12 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
Minimum 4 years of experience managing recruitment teams.
