Job Title: QS Engineer (Quantity Surveyor)

Location: Eagleton The Golf Burg, Mysuru

Job Summary The QS Engineer will be responsible for quantity estimation, cost planning, billing, contract administration, and cost control for construction, renovation, and interior projects across the resort. The role ensures projects are executed within budget while maintaining quality and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates for civil and interior works.
Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Verify contractor bills, subcontractor invoices, and material quantities.
Prepare and evaluate rate analyses, cost comparisons, and variation orders.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
Track project progress and prepare cost reports and MIS updates.




Support procurement by preparing BOQs and technical quantity clarifications.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and quality standards.
Maintain project documentation related to billing, measurements, and contracts.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
4–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, billing, and cost management.
Experience in hospitality, commercial, or real estate projects is preferred.
