Role & responsibilities :
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and project schedules.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth workflow.
Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Plan material requirements and follow up for timely procurement.
Track Work-in-Progress (WIP) and maintain optimum inventory levels.
Prepare and update production reports, MIS reports, and production dashboards.
Monitor machine utilization and production efficiency.
Coordinate with Quality team to ensure products meet company standards.
Identify production bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure timely dispatch of finished products as per delivery commitments.
Maintain accurate production records in ERP or Excel.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce lead time.
