Manage daily manufacturing activities for Farbe Firma ampoule and vial lines to meet output targets.
Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules with material availability.
Monitor machine downtime, line speed, and changeover efficiency.

Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Oversee in-process quality checks for ampoule sealing integrity, particulate matter, and fill volume accuracy.
Coordinate line clearance and deviation reporting with the Quality Assurance team.

Team & Resource Management
Supervise, train, and schedule shift operators and packaging personnel.
Track raw material and packaging component consumption to prevent shortages.
Enforce workplace safety rules and maintain clean, orderly cleanroom/production environments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
