Troubleshoot cooling, compressor, PCB, fan motor, defrost, and gas leakage issues. Perform gas charging, leak testing, compressor replacement, and other refrigerator repairs.
Install and commission current refrigerators when required. Update service reports and job status using the Samsung service application. Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow Samsung service quality standards.
Handle tools, spare parts, and company assets responsibly.
