Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. Source and procure materials from approved vendors

Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules. Prepare and process purchase orders. Follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries

Maintain purchase records and vendor databases, Coordinate with internal departments to meet procurement requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement

Freshers with willingness to learn may also apply

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Robust negotiation and vendor management skills

Good knowledge of procurement processes

Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
