Job Title: Regional Admin

Department: Administration

Reports To: Regional Manager / Regional Head

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day administrative activities across all branches in the assigned region.

Coordinate branch infrastructure, maintenance, housekeeping, and security.

Monitor office assets, stationery, and inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.

Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and utility services.

Ensure compliance with company administration policies and statutory requirements.

Track branch rent, electricity, water, internet, and other facility-related expenses.

Handle travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements for regional employees.

Maintain records of assets, agreements, invoices, and administrative documents.

Support branch openings, relocations, and office setup activities.

Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement teams for regional administrative requirements.

Address branch administration issues and ensure timely resolution.





Prepare and submit MIS reports related to administration and facility management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).

2–5 years of experience in Administration, Facilities, or Branch Operations.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Ability to manage multiple branches and prioritize tasks.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

This is suitable for regional administration roles in NBFCs, banks, or other multi-branch organizations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
