Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to support our production team in planning, coordination, documentation, and ERP operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ST ERP, basic knowledge of fabrication processes, and an understanding of engineering manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain production data in ST ERP.
Prepare production orders, job cards, BOM, and material requisitions.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Quality departments.
Monitor daily production progress and prepare production reports.
Follow up on material availability to ensure timely production.
Maintain production records and documentation accurately.
Assist in production planning and scheduling.
Support inventory tracking and stock reconciliation through ERP.
Ensure compliance with production procedures and company standards.
Coordinate with fabrication and assembly teams for smooth workflow.

Required Skills
Working knowledge of ST ERP is mandatory.
Basic understanding of fabrication, sheet metal, welding, machining,



and engineering drawings.
Good knowledge of production documentation and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualification
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
Experience in an engineering/manufacturing company is preferred.

Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in Production, Production Planning, or Manufacturing Coordination.
Experience in fabrication or process equipment manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
