Execute manufacturing activities as per approved SOPs and Work Instructions. Manufacture fuel cell components including:
Catalyst layer preparation
Carbon paper treatment
PTFE hydrophobization
Phenolic resin impregnation
Matrix preparation
Acid impregnation
Gasket preparation
Bipolar plate preparation
Cell assembly
Stack assembly

Ensure correct sequence of operations throughout the manufacturing process.
Process Control
Monitor all critical process parameters
Record manufacturing parameters in production records
Ensure equipment settings remain within specified operating limits
Identify process abnormalities and immediately report deviations
Participate in process improvements and kaizen initiatives

Screen Printing Machine
Catalyst Coating System
PTFE Dipping System
Resin Coating System
Drying Ovens
Sintering Furnaces
Hot Press
Hydraulic Press
Leak Testing Equipment
Assembly Fixtures

Electrical Test Benches

Perform first-level preventive maintenance and autonomous maintenance activities 4. Documentation

Maintain accurate production records including:
Batch Manufacturing Records
Process Check Sheets
Material Traceability Records
Tool Calibration Records
Production Logbooks
Equipment Utilization Records
Shift Handover Reports
