Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive who can efficiently handle procurement activities and vendor coordination. The role requires working on both routine purchasing and project-based procurement requirements, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
Maintain robust relationships with existing vendors and ensure smooth communication
Handle vendor management,



including performance evaluation and compliance checks
Coordinate with internal teams for project-based procurement requirements
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency
Ensure timely delivery of materials/services as per project timelines
Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and vendor details
Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement accordingly
Ensure quality standards and resolve any vendor-related issues

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes
Analytical mindset for cost comparison and vendor evaluation
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
