Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead a newly established school in Mysuru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up academic and operational systems, building a high-performing team, driving admissions, and creating a positive learning environment from the ground up. The Principal will play a key role in shaping the school's culture, vision, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall academic, administrative, and operational functions of the school.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
Develop and implement curriculum, policies, and school procedures.
Drive student admissions and strengthen parent and community engagement.
Ensure compliance with educational board regulations and safety standards.
Manage budgets,



resources, and school infrastructure effectively.
Foster a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and student well-being.
Build robust relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders.
Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies.

Requirements
Must speak Kannada Language
Master's Degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in school leadership or administration.
Robust knowledge of CBSE/ICSE curriculum and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Experience in school setup, admissions, and strategic planning will be an added advantage.
