Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer to manage shop floor operations, production planning, quality control, and timely execution of manufacturing activities. The candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily production plans, work allocation, and progress tracking.
Convert customer orders into practical manufacturing plans based on fabrication sequence, welding, machining, and inspection requirements.
Monitor shop floor activities and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Coordinate manpower deployment across fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly areas.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, WPS, process instructions,



and quality standards.
Coordinate NDT, material movement, painting, inspection, and dispatch activities.
Monitor welding quality, identify defects, and support corrective actions.
Maintain production records, reports, and job documentation.
Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/fabrication industry (Oil & Gas/Petrochemical preferred).
Knowledge of production planning, welding processes, inspection, and quality control.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage shop floor operations and coordinate with multiple teams.
Knowledge of ERP and production management systems preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
