Regional Business Development Manager – Gold Loan & Investment

Job responsibilities
Develop and grow Gold Loan and Investment business in the assigned region.
Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Manage and support branch performance.
Recruit, train, and guide Branch Managers and sales teams.
Increase customer acquisition for Gold Loan and Investment products.
Conduct regular branch visits and monitor business activities.
Build solid relationships with customers and local business partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor collections, deposits, and overall business growth.
Submit business performance reports to management.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Gold Loan, or Investment business.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple branches and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
