Designation - Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager Sales

Salary - Upto 5.5 LPA + Unlimited Incentives + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and existing members.
Meet customers face-to-face, understand their needs, and present membership plans.
Conduct sales presentations, handle objections, and close deals.
Support recent members with their first holiday booking and generate referrals.
Maintain daily sales activity reports and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 6 months’ experience in Direct Sales, Field Sales, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Telecom, Hospitality, or other high-value product sales
Strong communication and convincing skills




Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible with rotational week-offs
