Job Profile

We are looking for a customer-focused Personal Relationship Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with premium customers and key accounts in the wine industry. The ideal candidate should have solid sales, relationship management, and customer engagement skills, with the ability to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Promote and sell premium wine products to individual and corporate clients.
Identify recent business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and wine-tasting events when required.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Requirements
Graduate, BBA, B.Com, MBA (Marketing), or any relevant qualification.
3–5 years of experience in relationship management, premium retail, luxury sales, FMCG, wine, or beverage industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust customer relationship and account management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is preferred.
