The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing raw materials, goods, and services required by the organization. The role ensures cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
Obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain supplier database and update records of purchases, pricing, and other details.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse teams to ensure optimum inventory.
Ensure procurement complies with company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Coordinate with internal departments ( Accounts, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing,



and current suppliers.
Support in cost control and budget preparation related to procurement.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in procurement/purchase (industry-specific experience preferred).
Knowledge of vendor management and contract management.

Preference to Local Candidates nearby Panchkula. Good Communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
