Requirements
Mandatory experience in residential high-rise Mivan projects.
Solid knowledge of QA/QC processes, concrete technology, and quality documentation.
Valuable communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure quality compliance for all civil and finishing works.
Inspect Mivan formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Verify work as per approved drawings, specifications, and IS codes.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation (IR, MIR, NCR, checklists, reports).
Coordinate with site teams and consultants to resolve quality issues.
Conduct quality inspections, audits, and monitor corrective actions. - Support snagging, de-snagging, and project handover activities.
