Plan and supervise daily fabrication and assembly activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
Monitor welding, fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.
Optimize manpower, machines, and material utilization.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Store, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
Minimize rework, rejection, and production downtime.
Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
Maintain production records, reports, and daily MIS.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and 5S practices.
Train operators and monitor their performance.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
