Roles and Responsibility
Coordinate and manage the pre-primary program, ensuring it meets the needs of young students.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote learning and development.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive setting.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and community members.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a school setting.
Robust knowledge of child development principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Familiarity with curriculum design and implementation.
Passion for working with young children and promoting their growth.
