Job Title: Project Planning Engineer / Project Controls Engineer Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules and baseline plans.
Monitor project progress, identify schedule slippages, and implement recovery plans.
Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Commissioning teams for progress updates.
Prepare look-ahead schedules, weekly/monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and client reports.
Monitor resource utilization, productivity, and project performance.
Support project forecasting, cost monitoring, and management reporting.
Maintain planning documentation and project control records.

Preferred Experience
Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) foundation works
Internal roads & crane pads
WTG erection & commissioning
Electrical infrastructure, substations, and transmission lines

Experience
5 10 years in project planning, scheduling, and project controls for EPC, Infrastructure, Power, or Renewable Energy projects.




3 5 years of experience in Wind Power or large industrial construction projects.

Education
Bachelors Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
Preferred: Certification in Project Management, Construction Management, or Planning & Scheduling (PSP).
