Job Title: QA Executive
Location: Baner, Pune
Shift: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST
Salary: 3.5 LPA - 4 LPA ( + Night Shift Allowance )

Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality audits of tasks completed by the Operations team to ensure adherence to established processes, policies, and quality standards.
Conduct daily quality audits for team members across multiple geographies and provide timely feedback to drive performance improvement.
Verify provider credentials, including certifications, qualifications, licenses, references, skill checklists, and other required compliance documentation.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and productivity while performing quality audits and reviews.
Identify quality gaps, trends, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and share audit findings, quality reports,



and performance insights with stakeholders and management.
Support quality initiatives, process improvement programs, calibration sessions, and other QA-related projects as required.
Audit published job postings to confirm consistency and accuracy of information.
Collaborate with Operations, Training, and other cross-functional teams to enhance quality performance and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, client requirements, and regulatory standards during all audit activities.
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on responsibilities beyond core QA functions as per team requirements and evolving business needs.

Must-Have Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Solid attention to detail
Basic root cause analysis
Basic data analysis

Experience & Qualifications:
2 to 4 years in back-office operations or quality assurance.
Relevant QA experience and a robust track record are essential.
