Role & responsibilities
Plan daily and weekly shift schedules to meet manufacturing targets.
Monitor shop floor workflow, resource use, and product quality.
Coordinate with teams to resolve process bottlenecks and reduce cycle times.
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ISO documentation
Execute scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance plans to avoid sudden machine failures.
Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic equipment breakdowns quickly.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring equipment faults.
Manage spare parts inventory, tools, and vendor or OEM support contracts
Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree & Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
