Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Purchase Manager at Netfreak.

The Purchase

Manager will be responsible for identifying and sourcing digital tools, services, and content-related resources needed for the blog’s operations. Daily tasks include evaluating vendor proposals, negotiating pricing and contracts, processing purchase orders, and tracking budgets to ensure cost-effective procurement. The role also involves coordinating with content, marketing, and technical teams to forecast needs, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of required subscriptions, software licenses, and other operational items.

maintain accurate purchasing records, and support continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Qualifications
Robust procurement and vendor management skills, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract oversight.
Financial and analytical skills to manage budgets, analyze costs, and support data-driven purchasing decisions.
Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote workplace.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
Proficiency with digital tools such as spreadsheets, purchasing or ERP software, and online collaboration platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably within a digital media or online business context.
Ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and uphold ethical and transparent procurement practices.
