As the Manager, Software Quality Assurance, you will manage a team of QA professionals, ensuring the thorough testing and overall quality of our software products. This role involves designing test strategies, overseeing the execution of test plans, and fostering a culture of quality across the department. Your contributions will play a vital role in delivering robust and reliable software to our customers.
QA Tools & Technical expertise
Robust experience in API testing (REST, SOAP).
Experience using tools like Postman, Swagger, or custom frameworks.
Experience and proficiency in C#, Selenium and .NET-based automation frameworks.
experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
understanding of cloud technologies (Azure or Google)
Familiarity with implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing in cloud environments (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, SpecFlow, NUnit).
Technical Proficiencies:
Robust proficiency in C# and .NET OR Advance Java experience
Hands-on experience with API testing (REST)
Playwright or Selenium
Experience using tools/frameworks such as:
RestSharp / HttpClient
NUnit / xUnit
Solid understanding of JSON, HTTP protocols, and status codes
Experience with Git or similar version control systems
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions OR Jenkins, etc.)
SQL and database validation skills
Contract testing (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI)
Experience in agile/scrum environments
Grafana reporting and dashboard
QA KPI Metrics
Responsibilities
