We are looking for an experienced Planning Head with 18–20 years of experience in an apparel export house to lead end-to-end production planning operations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Production Planning, Budgeting, Capacity Planning, and Time & Action (T&A;) Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the complete planning process from order receipt to shipment.
Prepare budgets, production forecasts, and capacity plans for optimal resource utilization.
Monitor and manage Time & Action (T&A;) plans to ensure on-time execution.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Sourcing, Quality, and Logistics teams for smooth order execution.
Optimize production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Track planning KPIs, monitor order progress, and drive continuous process improvements.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellence.
Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, Fashion Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
· MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
