Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
Inspect vehicles and record customer complaints accurately.
Explain repair and maintenance work to customers.
Prepare job cards, cost estimates, and service quotations.
Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely completion of work.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
Ensure the availability of spare parts required for repairs.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Maintain customer records and service histories.
Promote value-added services and annual maintenance packages.
Achieve customer satisfaction targets and service-related goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in an automobile dealership or service center is preferred.
Knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance processes.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
